Terms & Conditions
Effective 2026-09-29.
These Terms govern your use of Agent Intent Match at https://agentintentmatch.online, including the website and the API (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided and operated by Active Life Hub LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, including by submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization or through an automated agent, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization or for the agent’s principal.
1. What the Service does
Agent Intent Match performs automated research into publicly accessible sources to find expressions of buyer demand — such as requests, requests for proposals or quotations, public procurement notices and public forum posts — that may be relevant to a product, service, API or capability you describe. It runs web searches, queries public data services, retrieves public pages, uses automated language models to classify what it finds, and returns a structured report with the source URL, a quotation of the relevant public text, and freshness information.
The Service discovers and reports public information only. It does not contact, message or solicit any buyer, does not post content, does not create accounts and does not submit forms on your behalf. It is not a marketplace, a broker, an advertising service or a lead database, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and anyone named in a result.
2. Buyer intent is uncertain
Whether a public text expresses genuine, current buying intent is a judgment made by automated systems from limited public information. Classifications (for example “confirmed intent” or “strong match”) are our assessment of the quoted text, not a statement of any person’s actual intentions. Results may include texts that are not real demand and may omit relevant demand. We do not guarantee that any buyer still needs, will buy, or will respond to an offer of any product or service, and we do not guarantee any sale, revenue or business outcome.
3. Freshness and source availability
Reports reflect what sources showed at the recorded retrieval time. A request may already be fulfilled, withdrawn, closed or changed. Publication dates are reported only when machine-readable metadata supplies them; otherwise they are marked unknown. Sources may be unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate or removed after retrieval, and some public sources are not searched. You must check the original source before acting on a result.
4. Prices, payment and refunds
- Each request has a fixed price shown before payment (currently 0.35 USDC per request). Payment is made in USDC on the Base network via the x402 protocol, verified and settled through Coinbase Developer Platform, to a wallet controlled by the operator.
- You pay for the search performed, including results with few or no matches. A result with no matching demand is a valid result. Blockchain transactions are irreversible; we do not offer automatic refunds.
- If a paid search fails for technical reasons you may retry the identical request up to two more times at no additional charge, as described in the documentation. If you supply only a URL and it cannot be read, the request is refused before settlement and you are not charged. If settlement status is uncertain, do not pay again; keep your request ID so the payment can be reconciled.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any right to a refund or remedy that cannot be excluded under law applicable to you.
5. Your responsibilities and acceptable use
- Submit only information you are entitled to share. Do not include secrets, credentials or personal data about others in your request.
- You are solely responsible for how you use results, including any decision to contact a person or organization. Any contact you make must comply with applicable law (including anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection and procurement rules) and with the rules of the source platform. Do not use results to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone or to build profiles of private individuals.
- Do not use the Service to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to probe or attack systems, to circumvent rate limits or payment, or to overload the Service.
- You must be able to form a binding contract and must not be barred from receiving the Service under laws that apply to you.
6. Intellectual property
Quotations in reports are short extracts of third-party public content included to show evidence; those rights remain with their owners and the source’s terms apply to your use of them. Subject to that, you may use your reports for your own business purposes. The Service, its software, text and design remain ours.
7. Availability and changes
We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. It may be interrupted, changed, limited or discontinued. Stored results are deleted 30 days after creation. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Prices apply as quoted at the time of each payment.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Reports are automated research, not legal, procurement, financial or business advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business or data, arising from the Service or any result. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the request giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in that case they apply only to the extent permitted.
10. Contact
