Privacy Notice
Effective 2026-09-29.
This notice explains how Agent Intent Match at https://agentintentmatch.online (the “Service”) handles information. Active Life Hub LLC operates the Service and is responsible for the processing described here (the controller, where that concept applies).
1. Information you submit
Your request: the description of your offering (name, URL, description, capabilities, service area, price, languages, constraints, exclusions and search options). We use it to run your search and to produce and store your report. Please do not include personal data or secrets. If you give a URL, we retrieve that public page to understand your offering.
2. Public source information
To find demand, the Service searches and retrieves publicly accessible sources (web search results, public procurement notices from the EU TED service, and public forum posts). From these we keep only what is needed to evidence a match: the source URL, title, a short quotation of the request, publication and deadline dates, and — for public procurement notices — the publishing organization and place of performance. Before any automated analysis we remove email addresses and phone numbers from forum and web text; we do not collect usernames, person names, profile data or anything behind a login, and we do not build profiles of individuals.
3. Payment metadata
Payments are made in USDC on a public blockchain. We process and store the payment authorization details needed to verify, settle and reconcile your payment: payer wallet address, amount, network, authorization nonce and transaction hash. Wallet addresses and transactions are publicly visible on the blockchain by design. We never receive your private keys or recovery phrase.
4. Access keys and technical data
Your Idempotency-Key is your result access key. We store only a one-way hash of it. For rate limiting we use a one-way hash of your IP address in short-lived counters. Our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (such as IP address, time, path and status) under its own retention settings. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The website stores your pending request and access key in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
5. Service providers (subprocessors)
- Vercel — website and API hosting, request logs.
- Neon — database for paid requests and results.
- Tavily — web search (receives search queries derived from your request).
- Anthropic — language-model analysis (receives your offering description and retrieved public source text).
- Coinbase Developer Platform — x402 payment verification and settlement.
- Publications Office of the EU (TED API) and Algolia (Hacker News search API) — public data services that receive search terms derived from your request.
These providers process data under their own terms and may be located in, or process data in, the United States and other countries. By using the Service you understand that your request may be processed outside your country.
6. Retention
Paid requests and reports (including the stored request, report and payment metadata) are kept for 30 days after creation and then deleted — on access, or by a bounded clean-up that runs during later paid requests. Blockchain transactions cannot be deleted. Rate-limit counters are kept for at most about a day. Unpaid requests are not stored.
7. Security
Results are readable only with the access key. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Secrets are kept server-side. Retrieved web pages are treated as untrusted data. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure.
8. Your choices and rights
You can avoid submitting personal data by describing your offering in business terms. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data or to object to its processing. If you believe your personal data appears in a public source we reported, the source controls that content; we keep only the short quotation in a report until its retention period ends.
9. Contact and changes
A contact address for privacy questions will be published on this page. We may update this notice; the effective date above will change. See also the Terms.
